Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and manage the Agile process, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team’s progress and productivity.
- Track and report on project metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good Level of English and French (mandatory).
