We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and guide our agile teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently. As a Scrum Master, you will coach team members on Agile methodologies, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the team operates efficiently to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead and manage all Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, refinement / RAPID, and retrospectives.
- Support the Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is properly prioritized, clear, and ready for the team.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any impediments or blockers to ensure the team can deliver on its commitments.
- Guide the Agile Process: Coach the team on Agile principles and ensure the proper adoption of Scrum practices. Help the team understand how Agile enhances productivity and quality.
- Foster Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between team members and across teams within the organization. Ensure the team stays focused on delivering high-quality work.
- Track and Report Progress: Monitor team performance through metrics like velocity, cycle time, lead time to optimize performance, deliverable quality and burn-down charts. Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure transparency.
- Ensure Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by helping the team reflect on performance and implement adjustments during retrospectives.
- Encourage Self-Management: Support the development of a self-organizing team in which individuals take responsibility for their own work and commit to achieving shared goals.
- Conflict Resolution: Address team dynamics and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive team environment and productivity.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipating obstacles and maintaining clear communication to avoid delays.
- Dependency and Release Management: Coordinate dependency management and ensure smooth release processes
- Scaling Adaptation: Facilitate coordination between teams working on interconnected projects.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or any other relevant Agile certifications.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role working with Agile teams.
- Strong experience in leading multiple agile teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Experience working with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
