Responsibilities:
- Requesting registrations and making changes to supplier, customer and product information in the management system.
- Sorting and calculating national and international freight, ensuring that the best cost conditions are obtained.
- Issuing purchase orders for all invoices to be paid each month and forwarding them to the tax department.
- Coordinating the dispatch of samples via carriers such as FedEx, ensuring that deadlines and shipping requirements are met.
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of reports and documentation to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- University degree - in progress
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of the office package
