Responsibilities:

Scheduling hourly employees for weekly shifts on multiple projects

Building schedules using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Communicate via phone and email with field staff and project teams on a daily basis

Coordinate resource availability and allocation

Manage and maintain the schedule as needed (using Excel and Deputy)

Report and escalate any personnel issues to management as needed

Minimize project risks through accuracy and attention to detail

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Solution-oriented focus
Qualifications:

Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills are required

Microsoft Office 365 familiarity

Slack and/or Deputy familiarity is a plus

Strong communication skills

Ability to be self-reliant and super-resourceful

Confident phone presence and excellent overall communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot projects based on priority

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and time management

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
