We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointments and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial practice. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing client information, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the practice.

Duties

  • Manage and coordinate client appointments.

  • Review uploaded documentation for accuracy and completeness.

  • Assist in maintaining our CRM database to ensure client data is up to date.

  • Assist with clerical tasks, including electronic filing, data entry, and record keeping.

  • Serve as a backup receptionist, greeting clients and addressing inquiries professionally.

  • Collaborate with Advisors and Operational Team Members to optimize scheduling efficiency.

  • Ensure confidentiality of client information in accordance with our practice's regulations.

Skills

  • Strong documentation review skills to ensure accuracy.

  • Experience with clerical duties in a fast-paced setting.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
