Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointments and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial practice. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing client information, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the practice.
Duties

Manage and coordinate client appointments.

Review uploaded documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Assist in maintaining our CRM database to ensure client data is up to date.

Assist with clerical tasks, including electronic filing, data entry, and record keeping.

Serve as a backup receptionist, greeting clients and addressing inquiries professionally.

Collaborate with Advisors and Operational Team Members to optimize scheduling efficiency.

Ensure confidentiality of client information in accordance with our practice's regulations.
Skills

Strong documentation review skills to ensure accuracy.
