About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled SCCM Packager to manage and optimize application packaging and deployment across our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SCCM/MECM, PowerShell scripting, and a strong understanding of the Oil and Gas industry applications. You will be responsible for creating, staging, and deploying applications to a vast network of computers, troubleshooting deployment issues, and managing privilege elevation using various tools.
Key Responsibilities:

• Package and automate company application installations using PowerShell AppDeploy Toolkit (PSADT) and other packaging tools (Flexera AdminStudio, InstallShield, Wise Package Studio).
• Troubleshoot Configuration Manager issues related to application deployment, content distribution, and client devices.
• Manage Software Center and resolve application deployment failures, including content issues.
• Create, stage, and deploy packages in MECM/SCCM for mass deployment to over 15,000 computers.
• Execute phased application deployments using a tiered approach, from Testing to Production.
• Understand and support Oil and Gas industry applications, including Enterprise, Measurement, Gas Control, and Operations.
• Create Intune Apps in Win32 format for deploying standard Image Core Apps to Autopilot devices.

Must-Have:

• 5-8 years of experience with the latest version of SCCM, MECM, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of application packaging tools (PSADT / AdminStudio / Flexera / and PowerShell scripting.
• SCCM/MECM Administration
• Experience in troubleshooting and managing large-scale deployments and SCCM infrastructure.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft LAPS and BeyondTrust Privilege Management.
• Knowledge of Intune App creation and deployment.
• Familiarity with GPO management across multiple domains.
• Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry or a similar environment.
