Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the secure and efficient operation of the SAP S/4HANA ERP landscape
- Development and implementation of strategies for continuous improvement of the SAP Basis
- Planning and execution of system upgrades, migrations and implementation of updates and patches
- Collaboration with other departments to optimize system performance and security
- Leading and coordinating the global SAP Operations team
- Supporting the migration to SAP RISE
- Ensuring a smooth transition and operation after the migration to SAP RISE.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis operation, preferably with SAP S/4HANA
- Sound knowledge in the administration and maintenance of SAP ERP systems
- Experience in managing global teams and projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in German and English
