The Team – Enterprise & Cloud Applications

Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of SAP, NetSuite, Oracle Cloud (ERP and EPM), OneStream, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and Kyriba. We tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

You Are

A highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the pre-sales activities, solutioning, overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions within the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful closure, deployment and utilization of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition to meet customers’ requirements.

The Work

• Lead Pre-Sales activities: scoping, RFP responses, customer demo, effort estimation, and solutioning.
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions, including gathering requirements and designing overall architecture & solution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements using SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation and configuration.
• Work closely with other teams, including SAP BASIS, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP S/4HANA, to integrate SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions with other non-SAP systems.
• Stay current with the latest SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition trends and technologies and assess their potential impact on our organization for optimization.
• Work on integrations between SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition and other systems within the organization's landscape, such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and third-party applications, via SAP BTP or otherwise.
• Work with SAP and other technology vendors to stay updated on product roadmaps, new features, and enhancements related to SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition. Manage relationships with vendors and third-party consultants involved in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation and support activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the capabilities and usability of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition within the organization.
• Pre-sales stage support including demos, DDA, effort estimation, and solutioning.
• Execute delivery as a Solution Architect, Project Manager, and provide QA.

Your Impact

• As a member of our SAP team, you’ll leverage strong SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition experience across Finance, Sourcing and Procurement, Order to Cash and manufacturing.
• Provide knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud Edition system integration (API’s, Integration Suite) and accurately design and document SAP processes by following fit to standard.
• Drive best practices, understand clients’ requirements, lead configuration, troubleshooting, testing and deployment of SAP.
• Drive a delivery of SAP implementation project end-to-end from business case, roadmap to deployment.
• Manage senior client stakeholders
• Apply their technical knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition to drive design of a robust solution
• Integrate non-SAP solutions with SAP BTP to work together in harmony
• Collaborate on assignment of tasks with other client and consultant resources in the team, understand progress and dependencies, and provide updates to be delivered to internal stakeholders and project managers.
• Work with the project manager and project team by communicating essential information, obtaining team input, reviewing open issues and action items, contributing information to team meetings and reports, and using technology and tools as defined for each project.
• Contribute to best practices design, customization standards, change control, unit testing, test scripts, and bug and issue tracking with an Agile approach.
• Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leverage experience with data mapping, conversion load file, data validation procedures,
• Write functional specifications for interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations.
• Document and performing analysis of client environments including technology strategy, current technology architecture, organizational structure, and business processes.
• Support the SAP team in deal shaping by designing mockups for demonstrations, presales activities, explaining best practice flowcharts, and providing estimates for delivery.
• Prepare clients to use the ERP solution by executing testing plans and working with functional consultants.
• Manage customer relationships by providing support, answering questions, and resolving concerns and issues.
• Create model documentation, develop implementation roadmaps, and perform knowledge transfers.
• Continue to build personal expertise by participating in educational opportunities, self-study, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

At a minimum, you will have:

• S/4 HANA Public Cloud certification.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation and support, with at least 2 years in a lead role, and 15 years of total experience working within SAP.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition capabilities, including Activate Methodology, DDA tool, CALM, CBC, extensibility, integration, user management, security.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition configuration and development.
• Experience with S/4 Hana Public Cloud Consolidation features
• Experienced in all areas of Public Cloud configuration in Central Business Configuration module (CBC).
• SAP experience within the following preferred industries: Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Retail, Private Equity.
• Experience with Signavio.
• Outstanding communication and documentation skills.
• Team player and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability and eagerness to constantly learn and teach others.
• Flexibility to accommodate travel up to 25%. 

Preferably, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud SAC and FP&A.
