Position Title: SAP MM Functional Analyst
Location: Citibank Tower Building, Paseo de Roxas, Makati
Work arrangements options:

• Hybrid set up at Citibank Tower Building, Makati office (3 days from office and 2 days from home)
• Role also open for remote set up

Position Overview:
As an SAP MM Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Materials Management (MM) and Procurement (PUR) solutions within an S/4HANA environment. Your role involves working on system enhancements, cross-module integrations, and production support, ensuring seamless procurement, inventory management, and intercompany processes. You will work closely with business users, developers, and testers to ensure SAP MM/PUR functionalities align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP MM Configuration and Optimization:
  • Configure and implement SAP MM/PUR functionalities to support procurement, inventory, and vendor management processes.
  • Set up Purchase Organizations, STO configurations, and Output for Purchasing Documents.
  • Ensure smooth integration of SAP MM with SD, PP, and FI modules for cross-functional efficiency.
• Procurement and Inventory Management:
  • Manage and optimize Subcontracting, Consignment, Cross-Company, and Drop Shipment processes.
  • Enhance Intercompany and Stock Transfer Order (STO) functionalities to improve business operations.
  • Implement and maintain EDI messages related to SAP MM/PUR transactions.
• Testing and Deployment:
  • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications (FDD).
  • Work with development teams and testers to implement and validate SAP MM enhancements.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure system stability.
• Production Support and Incident Management:
  • Provide technical and functional support for SAP MM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Utilize ITSM/Service Desk ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow) to manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolutions.
  • Follow ITIL best practices for Change Management and Problem Management.

• Stakeholder Collaboration and Training:
  • Engage with business users to understand requirements and provide SAP MM training and support.
  • Act as a key liaison between functional teams, developers, and technical support.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM/PUR configuration and implementation.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA procurement processes, with knowledge of ECC-to-S/4HANA migration changes.
• Experience integrating SAP MM with SD, PP, and FI modules.
• Expertise in Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer Orders (STO), and Vendor Management.
• Knowledge of EDI messages and how they interact with SAP MM/PUR.
• Familiarity with SAP enhancement techniques, debugging, and troubleshooting.
