As an SAP Consultant - QA, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test cases to ensure quality assurance for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA ERPs. You will work specifically on the B2B eCommerce add-on/connector of Sana, which enables seamless ERP integrations for eCommerce web stores. Your role includes testing core Sana functionalities, ERP-native integrations, and any additional customizations performed for unique business needs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage in test automation, and contribute to continuous QA process improvement.
Job Description
Test Planning & Execution
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA environments within the scope of Sana’s implementation for Sana’s connector.
- Perform various types of testing (functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing).
- Review and validate peers’ test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and ERP consultants to ensure quality delivery of custom developments.
- Develop and maintain QA documentation, including user manuals and process documents.
Test Automation & Process Improvement
- Develop, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency.
- Identify, analyse, and communicate defects, risks, and dependencies with the QA Lead and Project Manager.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies for better test execution efficiency.
Collaboration & Customer Interaction
- Participate in customer UAT sessions and demonstrate tested solutions.
- Work closely with global teams, including developers, ERP consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct QA training sessions for internal teams and share domain knowledge.
Job-Specific Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in ERP or SAP environments.
- Prior experience in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP testing is a plus.
- ISTQB certification and/or knowledge of its study material is an advantage.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and test automation tools.
- Experience working with international clients.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Mentoring and leadership abilities to guide junior QA team members.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
