Salesforce Lead Developer (PW2)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Lead Developer to optimize our use of Salesforce, ensuring high efficiency and full utilization of its features and benefits. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding technical and communication abilities, capable of engaging directly with internal stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and effectively administer and enhance the Salesforce system. Responsibilities:

• Convert designs into functional systems or solutions by coding, verifying, simulating, testing, and documenting.
• Deliver high-quality solutions that align with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
• Foster close collaboration with team members, promoting teamwork and demonstrating leadership qualities.
• Provide technical direction and expertise, ensuring solutions emphasize reusability and efficiency.
• Develop and implement the most suitable technical solutions for customer requirements.
• Work closely with architects and developers to ensure scalable and performance-oriented designs.
• Leverage understanding of Salesforce’s architecture, including MVC, design patterns, and large data volume best practices.
• Ensure data sharing and visibility considerations are factored into architectural decisions.
• Dive deep into projects to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver robust solutions efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce product suites (e.g., Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds, including B2B Commerce).
• Proficiency in front-end development with JavaScript and strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura.
• Deep knowledge of asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce and their use cases.
• Leadership or mentorship experience is preferred 
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and English communication skills.

Desirable:

• Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified JavaScript Developer.

Work Set-Up: Remote

Schedule: The candidate must be willing to work shifting schedules, primarily covering US time zones.
