Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges.
- Translate client requirements into effective Salesforce solutions by leveraging your deep knowledge of the platform and best practices.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to deliver tailored solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with project timelines and budgets.
- Participate in testing, training, and post-implementation support to ensure the successful adoption of the Salesforce platform.
Profile:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce.
- Expert in one or more Salesforce applications, ideally: Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- At least 2 valid Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, or similar).
- Consulting skills: ability to guide customers in making the best decisions in their context and to lead workshops.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Ability to configure and optimize process automation features and Flows.
- Ability to configure Salesforce email templates, document templates, custom objects and fields, page layouts, security (new or changes to profiles, permission sets, …), Lightning web components, Visualforce.
- Experience with international and virtual teams.
- Ability to manage stakeholders to get to the desired outcome.
- Self-starter, accountable and meeting commitments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, colleagues and with Salesforce.
- Pre-sales experience for proposals and demos for prospects.
- Knowledge of the Agile Scrum methodology.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory.
