The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, contributing to the growth of our business. This position involves researching new opportunities, analyzing compliance potentials, and accurately documenting findings. The candidate must already be based in Belgium.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new compliance opportunities.
  • Gain a basic understanding of AGPL/open-source licenses and related compliance requirements.
  • Research and identify additional compliance potentials for licensed users.
  • Review PDF documents to detect the use of iText software.
  • Accurately input collected data into Excel spreadsheets and CRM platforms.
  • Generate approximately 100+ leads per month with a target of 15-20% qualified compliance opportunities.
  • Utilize tools like Scribd and other resources to access and identify leads effectively.
  • Explore websites, databases, and other sources to uncover potential sales and marketing leads.


Requirements:

  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about AGPL/open-source licenses.
  • Speaks fluent French or German
  • Proficiency in using Excel and CRM systems to organize and document data.
  • Ability to meet monthly lead-generation targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to challenges, with a proven track record of "outside-the-box" thinking in research, problem-solving, or lead generation.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with compliance-related research or sales lead generation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Scribd or similar lead identification platforms.
  • Basic understanding of software licensing or technical knowledge is a plus.
