We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Experience Cloud PRM Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of advanced features and functionalities in our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system. This role will serve as the critical liaison between our business and technology services teams, ensuring that our PRM system aligns with business goals and partner needs. The role will focus on enhancing automation, self-service capabilities, and overall efficiency within our partner network.

If you are not in PST, there will be sometimes that you will need to be flexible with your work hours due to headquarters being in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap Development

    • Lead the creation and execution of a strategic roadmap for new features and functionalities within the PRM system.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal and external business stakeholders, to prioritize initiatives that drive value for the partner network.

    • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our PRM system remains cutting-edge.

  • Liaison to Technology Services (TS)

    • Act as the primary point of contact between the Partner Operations team and the Technology Services group.

    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring clear communication and understanding between all stakeholders.

    • Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes related to system architecture, data integrations, and technical enhancements.

    • Serve as point of contact for TS to resolve issues/risks and escalations throughout discovery and delivery process

  • Automation and Self-Service Capabilities

    • Identify opportunities to increase automation for partners, reducing manual processes and improving efficiency.

    • Drive the development of self-serve tools and resources that empower partners to manage their accounts, access data, and resolve issues independently.

    • Monitor the effectiveness of automation and self-service initiatives, making continuous improvements based on partner feedback and system performance.

  • Project Management

    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of PRM system enhancements, including planning, execution, testing, deployment and change management.

    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.

    • Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, system changes, and process improvements.

  • Training:

    • Ensure partners and internal stakeholders are adequately trained on new features and functionalities launched.

    • Develop and deliver communications, training materials, user guides, and videos as needed to enhance partner adoption of the PRM system and new capabilities launched.

    • Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform future system enhancements and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • 8+ years of experience in partner operations, product management, or a related role, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.

  • Proven experience in building and managing roadmaps for software systems, particularly in a B2B or partner management context.

  • Strong understanding and experience of Salesforce Experience Cloud PRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM platform, and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) technologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.

  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Experience in driving automation and self-service initiatives within a technology platform.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data to make informed decisions.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and system architecture.

  • Prior experience in a partner-centric industry, specifically in technology or SaaS.

The annual base pay for this position is: $104,418.00 - $156,626.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
