You lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI's and targets and provide reporting as required.
  • Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate "best in industry" execution of our categories.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your region.
  • Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

Manage all operations in the assigned market, including recruitment, budgets, planning, and submitting reports.
Main responsibilities:

  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Manage the local team as market's head.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals
  • Reviewing marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans
  • Recognizing and rewarding top sales producers
  • Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports
  • Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
  • Managing sales budgets
  • Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies
  • Approving and managing large client contracts
  • Recruiting, hiring and training new employees
  • Train and the develop the sales force.
  • Networking with potential business partners and clients
  • Creating presentations for business partners, corporate executives and shareholders.


Skills and qualifications:

  • 10 to 15 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferably a Master's degree).
  • A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Good people-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills
