Role Description: Senior Salesforce Developer
Role Purpose:
We’re looking for a self-starter who’s passionate about innovation and thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. You’ll work directly with the Head of Go-To-Market Systems to design and deliver cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that power Wasabi’s Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support teams. This role offers end-to-end
accountability—from architecture and design to hands-on implementation—giving you the unique opportunity to see your work directly impact our success.

Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Build and customize Salesforce Lightning components to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Optimize and customize Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and billing/invoice processes to align with Wasabi’s hyper-growth.
- Drive innovation by implementing best practices and exploring new tools and methodologies.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance across Salesforce systems.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Passion for building innovative solutions that directly impact business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in APEX, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and billing/invoicing processes within a SaaS environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional collaboration.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Administrator) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
