We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce & Customer Success Systems Administrator with expertise in administering Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and ERP systems. This role will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and integration of key platforms, including Salesforce, Gainsight, and Kantata. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with SaaS ecosystem tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive efficiency and scalability across our operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Salesforce Administration:
-
Lead and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including configuration, automation (flows, approval processes, validation rules), and customizations.

Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support sales, customer success, and revenue operations teams.
-
Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
Customer Success & ERP System Management:
-
Administer and optimize Gainsight (or similar Customer Success platforms) to enhance customer health, lifecycle management, and engagement.

Support and integrate ERP and PSA systems (we use Kantata and NetSuite) with Salesforce to drive visibility and alignment between Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring seamless data flow and platform performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable system configurations.

Provide training and support to end-users, promoting adoption and best practices for Salesforce and connected tools.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
-
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance system automation, and improve data accuracy across platforms.

Collaborate on systems strategy and roadmap, bringing innovative ideas to enhance business processes.
What You Bring:
-
3+ years of Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
-
Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms (ChurnZero, Totango, ClientSuccess, etc.).
-
ERP and PSA system knowledge (Kantata, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365) and understanding of quote-to-cash processes.

Strong data management and integration experience, including API connections and middleware tools (Celigo, MuleSoft, or Zapier).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
-
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
-
Experience working in a SaaS or technology company.

Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau, Domo, or Power BI.
