Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce BI/Data Analyst who specializes in CRM Analytics (CRMA) to join our team. Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager of Business Systems, you will play a key role in the configuration and design of Salesforce CRMA solutions.
The role will be responsible for understanding business requirements and processes, and translating these into innovative reporting solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable. You will work with our stakeholders, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless solution yields the desired outcomes for the business.

  • Design and develop high-quality, informative, and visually compelling reports and dashboards for the Salesforce CRM platform (formerly known as Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics).
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements and build well-architected Salesforce CRMA dashboards and reports.
  • Play a crucial role in driving the company's Salesforce initiatives and enhancing the overall user experience
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build well-architected Salesforce CRMA dashboards and reports that best leverage the CRMA platform.
  • Develop data flows, recipes and complex dashboards using complex SAQL queries in TCRM
  • Build, maintain and migrate TCRM assets into Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including row-level and object-level security within Salesforce and CRM Analytics environments.
  • Lead the integration of Salesforce data with external data sources, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data for analytics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
  • 4 years of experience with Salesforce CRMA (formerly known as Tableau CRM & Einstein Analytics).
  • Experience with and SOQL/SOSL/SAQL required.
  • Experience with Visualforce and APEX is a plus.Solid understanding of CRMA and Salesforce Objects and pulling data from key objects for proper representation
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Builder, Einstein, Sales Cloud) are nice to have.
  • Solid understanding of CRMA integrations and connectors with other applications (e.g. Power Platform, Power Automate, Snowflake, AWS, etc.).
  • CRMA certifications (CRMA, Tableau CRM, or Einstein Analytics certifications) are highly preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Builder, Einstein, Sales Cloud are nice to have and very useful.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
