Salesforce Architect - Houston Hybrid role only

As a Salesforce Architect you will report to Senior Manager, Tech & Infrastructure. We’re looking for a Salesforce Architect to the next level to meet the needs of our rapidly scaling global business.  We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us pick, design, build, and scale our GTM technology stack – to ensure that our tools maximize our people and enable our teams to move faster in generating revenue. You are a highly skilled Salesforce technology professional capable of working across all levels of the organization and are adept at crafting, implementing and evolving out of the box, custom solutions, and third-party applications that employ best practices for systems integration across the SFDC ecosystem. You will design and architect how we view the world – insightful and fast reporting is only possible if data structures capture reality and if automation works every time. A Day in the Life - About the role:

• Partner with our GTM organization to solve their most important problems through the design and implementation of practical technology solutions
• Work closely with our functional stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, and Customer Success to ensure we are leveraging Salesforce as our source of truth across the organization.
• Responsible for ensuring the technical excellence of the revenue operations team through design reviews, code reviews and our enhancements process; contributing to architectural designs; and mentoring colleagues.
• Drive the architecture and technical strategy for Salesforce CRM and related systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions that integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems.
• Spearhead key strategic initiatives, such as process automation, and data integration efforts, to enhance operational efficiency and business agility.
• Work closely with executive and senior leadership across the organization to identify and prioritize key projects, providing technical expertise and strategic insights.
• Address and resolve high-impact, complex technical challenges, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of Salesforce and its integrations.
• Take full ownership of the Salesforce ecosystem, driving enhancements and optimizations to meet evolving business needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-stakes projects and critical system issues.

Required Qualifications - About you:

• Extensive Salesforce Expertise: with a Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and IPaaS solutions.
• Experience in setting and executing strategic technical visions, particularly in the context of complex Salesforce integrations.
• Experience in designing solutions that address high-volume data processing, integration challenges and ability to tackle complex technical challenges, particularly related to performance optimization, scalability, and system resilience.
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in the context of Lead management, Campaign management, Account and Opportunity management, CPQ management, and Revenue Impact.
• Skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, effectively present complex technical information to senior leadership and internal stakeholders while aligning technical initiatives with business objectives.
• Must currently reside in Houston, Tx

Highly Preferred:

• Advanced Certifications: Salesforce Developer I & II certifications required; Salesforce System Architect and/or Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect highly preferred.
