Salesforce Technical Architect

- Assess and develop high level design requirements and communicate the same with development teams. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements.
- Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via Salesforce enablement. Ensure the Salesforce.com technical design aligns to overall enterprise architecture and scales well. Develop and author technical business solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Manage scope, communication, and collaboration
- Provide program oversight to the Brillio team and ensure that enough work is created for two sprints ahead i.e. N-2 backlog is ready as per the capacity defined for POD
- Managing stakeholder relationship and will be the first point of contact for any issues & escalation.
- Lead critical & Strategic project discussion with Client.
- Assist in collecting the requirements, grooming the backlog.
- Continuously monitors feature development at the feature level
- Reviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set
- Creates mechanisms to effectively report and control execution.
- Transform thoughts into clear and concise communications/ instructions to the team.
- Provides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer’s business requirements.
- Validates solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customer; Identify technical issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
- Drive innovation within the practice/team by creating/identifying re-usable components, tools, accelerators & as well work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during delivery Have proved capability in architecting solutions independently and design software on the force.com platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large implementation Experience with the Lightning Framework on force.com & JavaScript frameworks, design patterns.
