Please note that although this role will involve significant exposure to the backend of Salesforce, it will not be responsible for the administration or configuration of Salesforce.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business problems and issues through data. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce to deliver insights to stakeholders, enabling them to make key decisions and drive productivity.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for both Salesforce data and metadata, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and translate complex concepts for stakeholders.
  • Act as a data lead within projects, ensuring the effective use of reports and dashboards to drive informed decision-making.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to validate solutions and ensure they align with business requirements to maintain the integrity and reliability of solutions.
  • Maintain speed and accuracy while balancing incoming ticket and project-based work. Develop and maintain custom Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with valuable insights and data-driven solutions.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and reporting requirements to support knowledge sharing and ensure consistency across teams.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.
  • Escalate requests to Salesforce Administrators when necessary, collaborating closely to understand requirements and determine the best approach.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to translate complex technical solutions into clear and effective communication for business stakeholders.
  • Offer best practices and training support to end users, ensuring effective utilization of reports and dashboards.
  • Offer insights and recommendations for enhancing functionality and optimizing infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce reporting including a demonstrated ability to create impactful Salesforce reports/dashboards
  • Effective customer service skills with the ability to effectively address and resolve issues while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional business analysis skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to rapidly grasp and adapt to business processes
  • Proven ability to set priorities, manage time, and work autonomously
