Job Description: 

KEV is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for all things Salesforce.  You will be responsible for ensuring the platform is optimized, users are supported, and data integrity is maintained. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, troubleshoot issues, and support new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce systems, ensuring data quality, performance, and usability
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Customize Salesforce using custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support
  • Stay current on Salesforce best practices, features, and product updates
  • Coordinate with developers and third-party vendors as needed

Requirements and Skills: 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
  • Experience with customization, configuration, and user management
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and automation tools
  • Knowledge of integrations using APIs or third-party tools
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products
