Summary/Objective
The Salesforce Administrator will support and maintain the company’s Salesforce environment, ensuring system integrity and optimizing processes to meet business needs. This role will provide day-to-day system administration, user support, and ongoing system improvements.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce CRM, managing user setup, profiles, roles, automations, and security settings.
- Support business teams by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing system enhancements.
- Maintain system configuration, including custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, process automation, and dashboards.
- Perform data imports, exports, and integrity checks, including deduplication and record maintenance.
- Monitor and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
- Conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, and support system upgrades.
- Provide training and support to end-users, promoting adoption and best practices.

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Must be proficient in Salesforce flows
- 2-3 years of Salesforce administration experience, including system configuration, data management, and flow automation.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI.
- Experience with Service Cloud.
- Experience with CPQ (formerly Steelbrick) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AppExchange applications such as Skuid, TaskRay, DocuSign, Outreach, 6sense, or Nintex Drawloop.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.

Compensation Information
Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $95,000 to $110,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
