Position Summary

Lotlinx is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by optimizing Salesforce functionality, managing our end-user support queue, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience working as a Salesforce Administrator and a proven track record of success in administering and maintaining Salesforce environments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain our Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and ongoing support
  • Perform routine data maintenance tasks
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
  • Document enablement material and provide technical support to help end-users efficiently leverage Salesforce
  • Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features and updates

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce configurations such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes
  • Experience with JIRA Software Management
  • Ability to execute end-to-end Salesforce projects from discovery, design, development and release
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
