What you will do?
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, ensuring system functionality, security, and reliability.
- Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user requests efficiently.
- Manage user setup, permissions, roles, profiles, and security settings.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts to align with business processes.
- Ensure data integrity through regular maintenance, deduplication, and data import/export processes.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights for teams.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, implementing improvements where necessary.
What you have?
- 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Admin certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with user management, permissions, Flows, Reports & Dashboards, and Data Management.
- Ability to troubleshoot user issues, provide training, and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Knowledge of data import/export tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
