As the Sales Training and Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the seller skills training programs for the US Markets sales teams.
This role will split responsibilities between coordinating and facilitating sales learning programs, LMS administration, measurement and reporting, and other business-driven requests. You will also support the team in maintaining content documentation within our Content Management System.
What You'll Bring:
Essential Requirements (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in education, corporate training, or adult learning or a background in sales is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development methods and program management
- Experience in developing and facilitating against multi-level curricula with a variety of blended learning approaches
- Experience with program management
- Travel 20% per year as needed

- Understanding of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick’s Model of Evaluation, and Andragogy
- Proficient in the use of Zoom, Cornerstone, Seismic, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft PowerPoint; Adobe Suite and Articulate is a plus
Impact You'll Make:
- Manage, schedule, coordinate, and facilitate the Seller Skills Training Program tracks and its cohorts throughout the year.
- Design and enhance current curriculum and lead the next phase of the development for the program.
- Develop communication and change management plans for program updates, availability, progress with sales leaders, and gaining more participation.
- Utilize various training and teaching methods such as classroom, role-playing exercises, case studies, workshops, and coaching calls. That will help sales learn in a classroom or virtual setting leveraging modern learning methods.
- Engage and manage coordination of seller coaches for the seller skills program
- Demonstrate excellence across the spectrum of facilitation skills including but not limited to:
- Execute against Learning Management System (LMS) operational processes such as managing the learning library, creating events and sessions, configuring email communications, creating learning assignments, and managing rosters.
- Collect and present program metrics throughout the lifecycle of programs and at end of year by developing, delivering, and tracking/prepost evaluations and participation/completions.
- Collaborate and develop good working relationships with partner internal teams and subject matter experts to align training programs to other internal initiatives.
- Own and maintain seller facing content using our Content Management System.
- Provide support in other sales learning programs the team runs such as Franklin Covey and the annual sales meeting as necessary.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
