About the Role

The Sales Trainer & Enablement Lead will design and deliver impactful training programs to develop our sales team’s skills, ensuring alignment with Crunchtime’s broader sales strategy and objectives. This role includes delivering comprehensive onboarding experiences for new hires, creating and facilitating role-based training, and managing ongoing education for tenured reps. The Sales Trainer & Enablement Lead will develop engaging materials, update the sales playbook, and oversee certification programs. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, maintain the sales enablement platform, and track program effectiveness to ensure continual growth and alignment with organizational goals.

What you’ll do as a Sales Trainer & Enablement Lead

  • Curriculum Development: Design, update, and optimize sales training curricula, including both foundational and advanced courses, tailored to various roles (BDR, AE, and SE) and varying levels of sales experience.
  • Onboarding: Lead the delivery of sales onboarding which includes “week 1” Camp Crunchtime program and additional “role based sessions” for various roles across the sales org. 
  • Skill Development Workshops: Conduct workshops focusing on key sales skills such as negotiation, objection handling, prospecting, relationship building, and closing techniques.
  • Sales Playbook Updates and maintenance: Update and maintain a sales playbook with standard processes, messaging, and best practices for different sales scenarios.
  • Certification Programs: Manage certification programs to validate sales reps’ proficiency in company products, sales tools, and methodologies.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing performance metrics and feedback from participants, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Sales Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure that training aligns with broader sales strategies, goals, and KPIs.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, guides, and quizzes, to support continuous learning.
  • Continuous Education and Skill Development: Lead ongoing training sessions for tenured reps on advanced skills, industry changes, or product updates.
  • Feedback Collection and Improvement: Gather feedback from trainees and use it to continuously improve training programs and resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure sales is aligned with company messaging, product updates, and customer insights.
  • Sales Enablement Platform: Update and manage the sales enablement platform ensuring there is easy access to training materials, resources, and coaching

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in an accessible and engaging way.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
