Job Purpose:
The Inside Sales Support (ISS) Representative will focus on providing critical support to both customers and sales representatives by managing customer inquiries, assisting with opportunity management, and facilitating communication across teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls via 800# to support both customers and sales reps.

Offer project support, including sharing specifications, pricing, and promotions.

Assist with creating and updating new opportunities in the system.

Ensure accurate opportunity details are communicated and documented.

Facilitate communication with opportunity owners for proper system maintenance.

Generate customer reports and weekly ISS reporting.

Create basic Salesforce reports to support data insights and decision-making.

Understand key process flows for opportunity assignments.

Communicate with Opportunity Owners to gather required information for updates.

Maintain and update account information in Salesforce.

Participate in weekly cadence reviews with BDMs to discuss ongoing pipeline activities.
Required skills:

English level - B+ or above

Organizational skills – Ability to keep track of various accounts, tasks, and deadlines

Proactivity – Ability to efficiently address daily issues that come up while supporting a sales team

Time Management – Effectively manage time and ability to handle multiple tasks and support requests without delays

Strong communication skills - Verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to interact with customers, sales teams, and other departments clearly and professionally

Adaptability - Capacity to adapt to new tools, processes, and customer needs.
