Roles and Responsibilities – Sales Specialist Global Tube Laminates India
- Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently, coordinate with production and logistics teams, and ensure on-time delivery of Global Tube Laminate products.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and provide prompt solutions to ensure a seamless experience and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with sales, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to manage customer expectations, track orders, and resolve any product-related concerns.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service issues while generating reports for internal stakeholders to drive process improvements.
- Process Improvement & Customer Satisfaction: Identify recurring customer concerns, suggest process enhancements, and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving service levels and overall customer experience.
Key Deliverables – Customer Service Executive (Global Tube Laminate)
- On-Time Order Processing & Delivery: Ensure accurate and timely order processing, coordination with supply chain teams, and delivery as per customer expectations.
- Price List Management: Ensuring the Orders have been logged in system with accurate pricing of the respective customers and maintaining the quarterly prices.
- Customer Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues within defined SLAs to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Effective Communication & Coordination: Maintain clear communication with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and service efficiency.
- Accurate Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of orders, customer interactions, and issue logs while generating reports for process improvements.
- Continuous Service Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement in customer service processes and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, responsiveness, and overall client experience.
