The Sales Specialist is responsible for collaborating with other WellSky Sales teams to create and maintain quotes for clients looking to expand, migrate, or receive additional training on their services. The scope of this job includes preparing the contractual documentation needed in support of these efforts and is the first point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the value proposition of our solutions and services through webinars and phone calls with current and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with account executives regarding new sales opportunities including leading client pre-sales calls and demonstrations.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain pipeline, contacts, opportunity qualification, and client meetings with account executives.
- Execute quotes, contract functions, and sales process requirements for the business unit.
- Achieve individual goal of closed business to contribute to the team’s quota expectations.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Job Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
