Job Overview:
LAWAZEM is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction through proactive sales efforts. The primary focus of this role is to identify and close new business opportunities, as well as nurture and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Lead product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase our services.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring maximum profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
