We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help generate new business opportunities and schedule qualified meetings with potential clients, and close deals. You will be responsible for cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other outbound methods to connect with decision-makers and book calls with our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Set up high-quality meetings for our sales team by effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Maintain and update lead details in our CRM (Pipedrive).
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach scripts and improve messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales (preferably in B2B or digital marketing services).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, persuasive attitude.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, cold email platforms, and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
