Job Description:
Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
- Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts of Northern territory in Thailand on products or services.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas while managing within assigned expense budgets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships professional relationships with key customers by direct selling activities.
- Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling to ensure a customer centric organization with respect.
- Effectively uses CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
- Support internal marketing teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives, including new product launches.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ year of sales experiences in dental equipment and consumable products is preferable
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Abilities:
- Sales Skills- High level sales skills with a successful track record
- Organizational Skills – Effective planning and prioritization
- Teamwork- Ability to work closely with other Envista team members
- Communication- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic- Ability to make decisions with consideration to business impact
Travel/Location:
- Laptop, Phone and car allowance provided.
- All business expenses will be reimbursed.
