Job Description:

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

  • Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts of Northern territory in Thailand on products or services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas while managing within assigned expense budgets.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships professional relationships with key customers by direct selling activities.
  • Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling to ensure a customer centric organization with respect.
  • Effectively uses CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
  • Support internal marketing teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives, including new product launches.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ year of sales experiences in dental equipment and consumable products is preferable
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Abilities:

  • Sales Skills- High level sales skills with a successful track record
  • Organizational Skills – Effective planning and prioritization
  • Teamwork- Ability to work closely with other Envista team members
  • Communication- Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic- Ability to make decisions with consideration to business impact

Travel/Location:

  • Laptop, Phone and car allowance provided.
  • All business expenses will be reimbursed.
  • Eligible for Sales incentive
  • Key Cities: Bangkok
