Sales Quality Assurance Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Quality Assurance Specialist / Coach to join our team. This important role focuses on ensuring that all sales processes adhere to the company’s quality standards and compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of sales practices, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team to drive performance improvement.
Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Support and Enablement Manager and the Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor discovery meetings(demos), sales calls, emails, and sms interactions to ensure quality, compliance with company standards and policies.
- Audit closed sales, making sure deals are sold correctly and documentation is present and complete.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and metrics to boost sales performance by catching AFI’s.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the sales team about their performance, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with sales management to pinpoint training needs and create targeted training programs.
- Assist sales management in coaching and managing the performance of team members.
- Analyse data and generate reports on sales quality trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct audits of sales processes to ensure compliance with best practices and regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry standards, regulations, and best practices to continually enhance QA processes.
- Support the creation and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys to collect feedback on the sales experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting open communication regarding quality issues and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in sales, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite), MS Office, and sales management software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools is preferred.
- A background in Learning and Development is advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles.
- Experience in training or coaching sales personnel.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
