We are currently looking for Sales Promotonal Staff,  preferably sales experience, strong customer service experience.

Join our team as an Sales Promotonal Staff, and unleash your potential! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals.
In this dynamic role, you'll connect with Australian businesses through outbound calls, sharing exciting sales promotions from Bapcor. You’ll engage in both automated dialing and manual calling, while also gathering valuable feedback from our current customers.
This is an entry-level position that focuses on building strong relationships with our business customers rather than aggressive sales tactics. Your experience in sales will be helpful as you learn to handle objections and support sales growth through effective communication and teamwork.
You will be part of a motivated team committed to achieving the best outcomes while upholding our business's values .

Key Details:

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Role type: Full Time Permanent

  • Operational Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (No weekends or Public Holidays)

  • Location: 485 La Trobe Street, Melbourne CBD

  • Shutdown Period: Mid December to mid January (dates to be confirmed)

Skills and Experience:

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

  • A strong customer service background is essential.

  • We’re looking for candidates who are willing to learn negotiation and objection-handling skills.

  • B2B (business-to-business) experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Good communication skills are important.

  • We want enthusiastic individuals who are resilient and eager to meet targets.

  • A passion for the automotive industry or cars is a great advantage and will help you succeed!

You are a driven individual, with excellent communication skills, a sales mind, and confident to be able to talk to business owners across the automotive parts industry.

You are passionate about building fostering excellent relationships with customers, ensuring the best outcome for both our client and business.
