About the team .
The National Account Manager MSO's & Metcash is a pivotal role within the Independent retail team. At the core of the role, is the ability to partner with our key customers and profitably grow the McCain business, leveraging our brand and trade investment across the categories and segments we operate.
About the role .

Sound commercial acumen, analytical, negotiation, organisation and communication skills are essential to succeed in the role. You will work collaboratively with the cross functional departments including Demand & Supply Chain, Category, Marketing and Finance among others, to help deliver the financial plan for the channel in collaboration with the National Business Manager.
- Identifying strategic growth initiatives with customers
- Implementing JBP's with key customers for 12-24 months
- Building best in class customer relationships
- Delivering profitable growth for the business through management and responsibility of the P&L
- Executing the Retail Independent strategy across all customers
- Managing and implementing the agreed promotional plan
- Forecasting, planning, and trade spend management

About you .
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience of national account management
- Experience achieving growth and delivering successful mutual business outcomes
Qualifications:
- Ideally degree qualified in a relevant field i.e. Business /Marketing
Skills:
- Customer obsessed growth mindset and a relentless pursuit of excellence and collaboration with our customers
- Displays the ability to prioritise with a results orientation and good problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial business acumen
- Ability to work autonomously
