Who We're Looking For
The Sales Process Administrator will work closely with Sales and multiple teams within the organization to drive deals through the automated Opportunity-to-Cash system in order to help keep the sales process moving forward. In this role you will provide insights that help to drive enhancements in the Opportunity-to-Cash process and increase sales velocity to improve operational efficiencies for a more simplified experience.

Scope of the Role:
- Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports
Key Responsibilities
Sales system process administration – 70 %
- Help to reduce cycle time of a deal from opportunity to execution
- Generate reports and actively monitor deals, including non-standard ones, in the system; notify stakeholders in order to avoid or resolve delays
- Complete administrative tasks in the system such as termination requests, generating new billing IDs
- Help drive deal closure through proactive support, guidance, and effective communication to the sales team
- Provide assistance and troubleshoot to resolve open issues for the sales team, including pre-sales through post-sales activities, associated with the automated Opportunity-to-Cash system, on an as needed basis
- Be the point of contact for internal deal resolution on behalf of the sales organization
Process improvement and education – 30 %
- Gather sales and cross-functional feedback to assist in continuous improvement and enhancement of business processes to drive efficiency across sales team
- Help to train and educate the Sales team on processes and constructs
- Evolve and improve Deal Desk business practices (including tools, templates and processes) to increase efficiency of Sales and the Deal Desk
Experience, Education, and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 8+ Years Sales and Support
- Sales or Sales Support experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com desired
Additional Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities based on changing business needs
- Ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced environment
- Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills to interpret a situation and move towards solution recommendation
- Ability to maintain a customer-centric attitude and work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
