Job Description
The Sales Performance Specialist is an experienced and data driven professional with strong commercial, operational and communication skills that support the analytical and strategic needs for Central American markets.
Acting as business partner generating processes, strategies, tools and accompaniment to the teams in action plans associated with the objectives established for the business (Market Share, Sell Out, Net Sales and other commercial indicators).
Person with high analytical skills, detail-oriented and excellent collaborative skills. Person trained to work with large amounts of data in a dynamic environment, to evaluate processes, identify opportunities and areas of improvement where commercial strategies will be developed.
Main Activities:
1. Market Share review and action planning for Hispanics markets
2. Reconciliation Sell In & Sell Out- Weekly Routines
3. Commercial & Category support
4. Monthly performance review support
5. Local & External Incentives Follow Up
Knowledge & Experiencie:
University Degree in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance & other related fields.
Basic qualifications
At least +3 years of experience in business analysis roles, preferably in consumer goods companies using information related to market share, sell out, sell in & other commercial KPIs
Commercial background focused on CAM Markets.
Preferred qualifications
Experience working with large/complex datasets in a fast-paced environment, to create insights and translate into actionable commercial decisions.
Ability to work and foster collaborative work across functions to drive results related to business needs and objectives
