Cyber Advisors is a trusted Managed IT Services Provider (MSP), delivering IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and enterprise technology services to businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist team member to support our growing sales team by streamlining the quoting, pricing, and proposal processes.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive pricing for our managed IT and security services. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with sales teams, and have experience with IT products and services, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Quoting & Pricing Support
- · Create and manage quotes, proposals, and pricing estimates for IT services, hardware, and software.
- · Work with vendors and internal teams to secure competitive pricing and ensure accuracy.
- · Assist sales account executives in configuring and structuring deals to align with company goals.
Sales Operations & CRM Management
- · Maintain accurate records in CRM and quoting tools (ConnectWise, CPQ, HubSpot, or similar).
- · Ensure quotes align with template designs, pricing models, and discount structures.
- · Streamline and improve quoting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- · Work with technology partners like Dell, Microsoft, Fortinet, Arctic Wolf, SentinelOne, and others to obtain up-to-date pricing and promotions.
- · Ensure compliance with vendor programs, reporting, and deal registration.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- · Support sales reps by answering pricing-related questions and assisting in proposal structuring.
- · Collaborate with finance and procurement to ensure accurate order processing.
- · Identify opportunities to improve workflow automation and sales efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, quoting, or procurement (preferably in an IT, MSP, or technology environment).
- Familiarity with quoting tools (ConnectWise, Quoteworks, CPQ, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong understanding of IT services, hardware, and software solutions. Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in pricing and documentation.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
