Your Role
As emnify’s Sales Operations Support Specialist, you will work following European working hours to support our global teams efficiently. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our sales and revenue processes by managing Salesforce support requests, configuring customer information, and collaborating with various departments. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across time zones and contribute to a fast-paced, international environment. Please note that this role requires regular in-office presence in Manila, so candidates should be based locally.
Your Impact
- Manage Salesforce support requests, including user setups, data updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain accurate customer information in our internal portal.
- Support CRM users by ensuring data accuracy and handling daily operational tasks.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to support their operational needs.
- Assist in developing and improving operational processes to reduce manual tasks and ensure efficiency.
Your Skills
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in customer setups and data management.
- Excellent English communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a willingness to learn; prior experience is a plus.
- Basic Excel skills (e.g., working with formulas like VLOOKUP).
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies.
