We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Operations Support Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Support Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales efforts by providing operational support to our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing sales materials
  • Respond to customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Handle incoming customer calls, addressing questions and assisting with enrollments as needed
  • Manage monthly salary report preparation, ensuring accuracy using Excel
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals and invoices to customers
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, tech, and operations to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer records in CRM systems and other databases
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Experience with a CRM system is preferred
  • Solid Excel fundamentals, with the ability to comfortably manage and work with reports
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player
  • Highly skilled in handling customer calls, answering inquiries, and selling when needed
  • Experience in sales is asset.
