Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to optimize the order-to-cash process and drive superior customer experience. This role is key to improving operational efficiency and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our products and services. You will enable our sales teams by streamlining processes, analyzing performance metrics, and managing the end-of-end customer journey, all while fostering long-term success and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize sales processes to improve team productivity and effectiveness by creating SOP’s and implementing new tools.
  • Create and develop post-sale activities and follow ups.
  • Help implement, manage and improve CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Monday, other) to ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and analytics.
  • Create and analyze key performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue trends, to inform strategic decisions by enhancing PowerBi or similar tools.
  • Supply insight of our customers to the sales team, helping them achieve business goals with our products/services with data driven reporting.
  • Implement and manage sales enablement tools to support training, onboarding, and resource development.
  • As a point of contact for cross-departmental alignment, aid in customer case resolution.
  • Support Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Acquisition teams as needed.
  • Conduct mass updates and scheduled system maintenance to account transactions, reports, portlets, dashboards, reminders, alerts, and other ERP features that will always ensure system accuracy.
  • Develop customer success plans and templates and monitor key milestones throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts by creating and tracking reports and work to mitigate churn through engagement and resolution strategies.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve retention strategies and inform product development.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-departmental teams involved in the customer lifecycle to ensure seamless process changes and adaptation for the best possible customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer success, or a hybrid role.
  • High degree of competence in CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
  • 3+ years of experience in project management methodologies and tools (Monday, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) -certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel using basic functions like SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, VLOOKUP, and IF, along with advanced skills like power pivot, pivot tables, DAX/VBA, conditional formatting, data validation, filtering, sorting, creating charts and graphs, utilizing macros for automation, and understanding complex formulas like INDEX MATCH and OFFSET.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible work hours.
  • Experience in B2G sales and marketing is a plus.
