We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team based in Vilnius/Kaunas, Lithuania. 

In this role, you will be the mediator between the sales, technical, and project management teams, focusing on day-to-day operational efficiency, quality assurance, approval collection, and documentation preparation.

What you will do:

  • Documentation preparation and data update in the systems:
  • Project proposal preparation and data update in the CRM system;
  • Project agreement preparation and data update in the CRM system;
  • Close collaboration with technical, and project management teams ensuring smooth agreement fulfillment;
  • Approval collection from the stakeholders;
  • Raising any possible risks that could impact on the project;
  • Quality assurance in the internal systems regarding the upcoming project;
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.

  • Project’s invoicing:

  • Entering information in the internal system regarding the signed project agreement;
  • Issuing invoices for the projects;
  • Provide quality assurance for project dimensions and set up in the internal system. 

  • Sales support:

  • Working closely with the sales and supporting them on a daily basis;
  • Providing status updates on the ongoing tasks;
  • Train and assist sales in using CRM tool effectively.

  • Other:

  • Participating in the team initiative process and looking for improvement areas.

What we expect from you:

  • 1+ year experience in operations/administrative/back office or similar role;
  • Excellent skills in spoken and written English;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and calm demeanor in the interactions;
  • Good communication skills to provide clear instructions and updates to other teams at different levels;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with the processes, tools, and propose solutions;
  • Eager to deep dive into the Microsoft Dynamics world;
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems would be an advantage
