As a Sales Operations Senior Specialist, you will leverage your advanced technical and functional expertise to manage and streamline the contract administration and product activation processes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in our operations, while also supporting and guiding junior team members. Your contributions will directly impact our business success and customer satisfaction.

In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities

· Contract Administration: You will be responsible to centralize, register, and quality-check all contractual documents, ensuring compliance before implementation and billing. Maintain and update the database of contracted products, coordinating legal validation and signatures.

· Product Activation: You are to facilitate product activation by providing sales teams with order forms, analyzing and releasing them for timely activation. Manage online orders, update databases with product information, and track wins/losses and responsible parties.

About the Ideal Candidate

· You have 5+ years' experience and specialized knowledge in contract administration and product activation. You understand how your role contributes to the broader business and can act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.

· You are skilled at influencing decisions, anticipating dependencies, and navigating complex scenarios. You contribute to cross-functional projects and propose process improvements.

· You are able to work independently within the framework set by your manager, seeking guidance only in the most complex situations. You are accountable for your commitments and those of your team.

· You are proficient in using CRM systems, and other relevant tools. You ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.

· You have excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with legal, sales, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
