Job Description:

The Sales Operations, Reporting Analyst will be based in Hyderabad, India. In this position, you will report to the Assistant Manager, Reporting. He/She will be responsible for producing reports and dashboards which will enable the leadership to take informed decisions by analyzing the data. The candidates will utilize the CRM & ERP tools to provide the team with a consistent and accurate view of global Sales activity. The Analyst will work closely with the Global Sales teams in providing the required analysis and helping them close the deals. Watch “Culture is our Passion” to learn more about us.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • Understanding business needs and producing reports/dashboard by analysis of data.
  • Generate Sales reports & Presentations, and present to a wide variety of stake holders
  • NetSuite and Salesforce report creation and maintenance
  • Manage CRM system reporting, improvements, and modifications
  • Salesforce opportunity record clean-up
  • Track sales activities using Salesforce.com & Power BI
  • Identify new market entry opportunities and work in sync with Sales ops team for country analysis
  • Data Scrubbing
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates on NX products.
  • MIS Reporting

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)

  • MBA/Bachelor’s degree with  (2-5) years of experience in sales reporting.
  • Proficiency in Power BI Dax, Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT) and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to achieve timelines.
