We’re growing fast and seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our Account Management team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape our growing team by building best-in-class practices, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term, trusting client relationships. We’re looking for hands-on team players with a positive attitude eager to tackle challenges, identify upsell opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.

  • Lead renewal and upsell initiatives to maximize account growth and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain regular engagement and gather client feedback.
  • Own forecasts for renewals and upsells, ensuring accuracy.
  • Keep CRM records and pipelines updated.
  • Collaborate with sales for smooth handovers and great client experiences.
  • Handle commercial challenges and manage escalations.
  • Work with Content teams to deliver added value to clients.



Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Ownership & Drive: A proactive mindset with a strong ability to take initiative and drive business success.
  • Experience: Over 2 years of proven success in B2B Account Management, with a focus on renewals and upsells.
  • Multitasking Expertise: Skilled in managing both day-to-day client activities and larger Account Management initiatives with ease.
  • Account Management Excellence: Deep understanding of account management best practices, including portfolio creation and renewal tracking—a must!
  • CRM Proficiency: Experienced in CRM software processes (Salesforce, Monday.com) to streamline and enhance client management.
  • Global Account Management: Comfortable managing accounts across diverse regions such as EMEA and APAC.
  • Language Skills: English: Native-level proficiency or equivalent—essential.
  • Additional Languages: Proficiency in German, Danish, Spanish, French, or Italian is a significant advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills—mandatory.
  • Industry Insight: Familiarity with the creative and digital agency ecosystem is a valuable bonus.
