What You'll Bring:
- At least 2 years of work experience in a rigorous sales analyst environment preferably from an organization focused on Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking and Private equity
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to perform ad-hoc analysis, determine trends, recognize abnormalities in the business, prepare sales forecasts and manage key sales dashboards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with all levels at TransUnion
- High level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and similar tools; familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce and other call center and sales optimization packages an advantage
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines
Impact You'll Make:
Sales operations & Pipeline management: Oversee and optimize the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Continuously improve sales methodologies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
· Sales Time & Motion study for process improvements on Deal Lifecycle
· Work with the team on regular updation of Salesforce to showcase the accurate business. In addition they are responsible for Salesforce governance including ageing , stale opportunity management build up on a quarterly , yearly basis.
· Sales forecasting and analysis: Develop sales forecast and provide insights to support business decision-making.
· Monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to address performance gaps and capitalize on growth opportunities. Manage the revenue and cost forecasts for sales team.
· Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels to ensure seamless coordination and integration of sales efforts.
· Sales reporting and performance tracking: Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to track and communicate sales performance, key metrics, and progress towards goals. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations. (Sales performance dashboards)
· Incentive Designing & execution: The Sales Operations team works closely with the CRO in designing and implementing the sales incentive plan for the sales team and drive sales revenue. They work closely with the Global sales management team & HR to ensure that the sales incentive plan is aligned with the International sales strategy.
· Driving Client Engagement Activities: The Sales Operations team is responsible for driving client engagement activities, such as customer satisfaction surveys, client broadcasts, They work closely with the sales management team and marketing team to plan and execute the client engagement activities.
· Further they liaison with the Global Sales ops team to drive initiatives including thematic selling , share shift programs new initiatives launched from a sales adoption perspective
· Sales Automation Plan : Working closely on the identified Smart Distribution plan strategy as part of our Rural / Mass Market engagement plan
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
