Minka Group is now hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Sales Operations Coordinator!

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team and our rep teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and improve ease of doing business.
  • Analysis of New Customers: Conduct a monthly review of new customer additions and follow up to assess sales performance and explore strategies to increase their sales.
  • Quoting Process: Provide quotes within 24 hours for standard requests. Follow up on outstanding quotes to track their status and coordinate which quotes have converted into actual sales.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.  Ensure accurate, program level reporting is created and maintained. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align sales strategies and objectives and ensure that internal sites, forms and materials are maintained for our teams and customers.
  • Pricing Coordination: Manage and maintain pricing updates and communications.  Manage the yearly price increase schedule, UMAP/UMRP files and ensure timely communication to customers, sales partners and internal teams. Send out Monthly ALA price sheets.
  • Training & Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members and agency representatives by providing training on systems and processes.
  • Communication Management: Assist with the timely communication across the organization to ensure new product development launch activity support, channel/customer updates and any trade shows, meetings & trainings.
  • Website: Assist with updates to the company’s online portal, including product listings, price sheets, and customer-facing forms. Collaborate with the marketing team to resolve any issues that impact the sales process or customer experience.
  • Incentive Update: Assist in distributing annual incentive letters, promotional offers, and updates to the sales team and customers. Track incentive program performance, gathering feedback and suggesting improvements to increase engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work various departments to optimize the sales cycle, develop effective sales strategies, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive Attitude – we seek individuals who take initiative and act without needing direction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis in an omnichannel environment. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data management.

Pay Range:

$21.42 - $34.91

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
